At Sukhamewa Foods Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with the best service and products. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling an order.

Customers can cancel their order before it has been processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at contact@rotatefood.com or +91-9809-899-802. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may need to refer to our Return and Refund Policy to initiate a return once you receive the order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Possible reasons for order cancellation include but are not limited to product unavailability, issues with payment processing, incomplete or inaccurate billing/shipping information, and suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

For orders canceled by the customer before processing and shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. For orders canceled by Sukhamewa Foods Pvt Ltd, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as non-returnable, cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
