Refund & Return Policy

At Sukhamewa Foods Pvt Ltd, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Please note that items that are perishable, opened, used, custom-made, or purchased during sales are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at +91-9809-899-802, providing their order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. Returns should be sent to our address.

In cases where items are defective or damaged, we offer exchanges for the same product at no additional shipping cost. If an order needs to be canceled, this can be done before processing and shipment by contacting customer service, and a refund will be issued within 7 business days. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
